At Visturia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the standard return policy will apply after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personal care or hygiene products (where applicable)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
